Hotel & Suites Le Dauphin Drummondville is a family run business that has lasted from generation to generation since day one. The company was founded by the Milot family of Drummondville more than 50 years ago. Today the third generation Geneviève and Caroline now run the hotel complex after taking over from founder Jean-Claude and his sons Jean-Yves, Jean-François and Jean-Pierre.

|1994||The facade of the hotel and some facilities are renovated over a number of years to increase the seating capacity of the restaurant by more than 100 places and add a multi-purpose room that accommodates up to 500 people.|
|2000||Six long-stay suites, six multi-purpose rooms, a new meeting room and a health centre with fitness facility, indoor pool and hot tub are added.|
|2006||The reception facilities and Menus Plaisirs Bar are completely transformed doubling the bar capacity and creating a magnificent room for all occasions.|
|2009||28 classic rooms are transformed into Urban Rooms offering modern, innovative comfort and style.|
|2013||Hotel celebrates its 50th anniversary with a range of activities throughout the year.|
