I travel out East every fall (with a small dog) and usually spend one night in Quebec on way there and way back. This is the first time I stayed at this hotel and will now be staying there every trip I take out East. The room was one of the cleanest I have been in and loved the fact beautiful flooring rather than carpets. Shower was great, hotel and staff excellent. Five stars

I loved everything about the hotel. The food for breakfast was delicious. I was quite pleased that everyone I dealt with spoke English. The only disappointment I had was that I booked two rooms and they were not together - they were very far apart. My parents are elderly and they got lost leaving their room.

I had not heard of the Dauphin Brand when booking on line, but a review of the website revealed a hotel of excellent quality. I was not disappointed. Everything about the hotel indicated quality and efficiency. However, the elevator could have been closer to the entrance for convenience, and finding the correct hallway to get to our room was not easy. Apart from the layout, it was a great and enjoyable stay!

Very nice hotel,central location friendly staff well appointed rooms. Dinning room full the night we were there but are in the bar. Could order if the Bistro menu or the dining room menu. Food excellent.
